THREE STEPS, ABOUT A MINUTE: Wash, serum, moisturizer, morning and night. This is the routine we point people to when their face has become the problem — tight after washing, stinging at products they have used for years, flaking where it never did.

NONE OF IT STRIPS: The Face Wash is soap-free, non-foaming and pH balanced for sensitized skin. Nothing in the set contains acids, exfoliants or peeling agents, and every ingredient was vetted by our Medical Advisory Board.

SERUM FIRST, THEN THE LAYER THAT HOLDS IT IN: The Face Serum carries our proprietary LSA Complex — bisabolol, astaxanthin, oat beta-glucan, willow herb, white tea and fourteen more botanicals and antioxidants, each vetted by our Medical Advisory Board. The Face Moisturizer goes over the top and keeps it there. Created by oncologists and dermatologists.

1. Face Wash: massage onto a wet face morning and night in place of your usual cleanser. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.

2. Face Serum: while skin is still slightly damp, smooth a small amount over face and neck (and chest, back or scalp if needed), morning and night.

3. Face Moisturizer: once the Serum has absorbed (a minute or two), massage a thin layer over face and neck to lock it in.

What order do they go in? Face Wash, then Face Serum, then Face Moisturizer while skin is still slightly damp.

What about lips and eyes? The Signature Face Regimen adds the Lip Balm, and the Complete Face Regimen adds the Eye Hydrator too.

Lavender or Citrus serum? Your choice. Identical formula, just different scents.
