SMOOTH AS SILK AINT CHEAP.

I'am using this pretty much 100% on my EYE LIDS for about 10/15 day's now. I have scaly flaky Shin that just won't stop and Itches to no end. It really Helps the flaky shin throught the Day but it comes back in the AM after applying it before Bed. I get up, Clean my face, TRY to PEEL the Flaky skin away, apply the Hydrator 2/3/4 Times during the Day using a Q Tip and it continues to ITCH most of the day and my eyes BURN a lot during the day. I do my best to NOT TOUCH them but it's nearly Impossible. The Dermatologist gave me Hydrocortisone to Apply but it just didn't work. So I kept putting this on my EYE LIDS and am Still using it for that Application. I "THINK" it's helping, but man is it a P I T A to put it nicely. It is Very Smooth and Silky and I like the way it feels but if this don't stop soon I'll have to go back to the Dr. yet AGAIN. It is Pricey, but the stuff is very Nice, feels good and I think works well. I read all the reviews and thought I'd give it a try, so far I think it's helping, but my Issue with the Itching and Burning Eyes is getting to me.
