1. Body Wash: use in place of soap in the shower or bath, anywhere on the body and on the scalp. It won't lather. Pat dry rather than rubbing.

2. Soothing Balm: massage into hands, feet, elbows, knees and any rough or cracked patches. For hands and feet, apply a thicker layer before bed.

3. Cooler Roll: drain the bag, cut a piece to fit, peel off the backing and lay it on the treated area for 20 to 45 minutes. Discard the used piece, reseal the rest and keep it in the refrigerator. Never freeze it.

Apply everything after your radiation session, not before. Many radiation teams ask that nothing be on the skin for a few hours beforehand.
