Purchased for a friend's husband who was going through radiation and chemotherapy. I wrote I paid &34.25 for the product to be delivered. Next day. My order arrived 4 days later. My mistake I reviewed the wrong order number. I also sent Chris an email thanking him for sending the 1st order overnight
After reading his response to the wrong order number review.
The order that was delayed was 13374. Great product only dealt with company 2 times.
Great experience on 1st order. Dissatisfied with delay on second order.

We would like a refund on the shipping. Product was allot to pay while in much pain from
Radiation. Waiting by the door for the order knowing how good the product is. I used this product before overnight came the next day.
They never offered a refund on the shipping.
Ordered sat arrived late Wednesday!
Not overnight or even 2 day!

Hi Elizabeth, This is Chris, President of Lindi Skin. I'm afraid you may be misremembering the details of when you ordered. Your Order #13243 was placed via our site at 2:57 PM on June 20th. Our cutoff time for same day shipping is 2:00 PM local time, but we do our best to ship orders received. In your case, I saw your order at 4:40 PM and I noticed our daily UPS pickup hadn't occurred yet, so I personally shipped your item myself and put it out for UPS pickup. UPS Picked up and delivered next day at 12:45 PM. Your order was delivered 23 hours after the order was placed. I'll have copies of you Order confirmation and tracking emails resent to you for your confirmation.
For what it's worth, if you place an overnight delivery order from any web-site on a Saturday, it will always arrive on Tuesday. FedEx and UPS don't pick-up on Saturdays or Sunday, so he earliest your package can ship is Monday fot Tuesday delivery. In your case, you ordered Monday at 3 PM and it delivered Tuesday. before 1 PM.

How To use:

Body Wash:

Use the body wash in place of all other wahes or soaps. The Body Wash actually moisturizes as it cleans & leaves behind a thin veil of moisture,

Soothing Balm:

On non-radiation days, and after radiation, pump a small amount onto fingertips. Gently massage into affected area. Use as often as needed. Do not apply Soothing Balm or any lotion to the area 6-8 hours prior to radiation as it could interfere with treatment.

Cooler Pad:

Open package and drain excess liquid. Cut Lindi Skin Cooler to desired size and peel off backing. For maximum comfort, place on skin for 20-45 minutes. Discard used product. Unused product may be stored in a sealed bag or container in the refrigerator. Do not freeze or leave uncovered.
