1. Body Wash: use in place of soap in the shower or bath, anywhere on the body and on the scalp. It won't lather. Pat dry rather than rubbing.

2. Face Wash: massage onto a wet face morning and night in place of your usual cleanser. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.

3. Face Serum: while skin is still slightly damp, smooth a small amount over face and neck (and chest, back or scalp if needed), morning and night.

4. Eye Hydrator: pat a rice-grain amount along the orbital bone with your ring finger, morning and night. Don't rub or drag the skin.

5. Face Moisturizer: once the Serum has absorbed (a minute or two), massage a thin layer over face and neck to lock it in.

6. Body Lotion: apply liberally head to toe while skin is still damp, and again whenever skin feels dry.

7. Soothing Balm: massage into hands, feet, elbows, knees and any rough or cracked patches. For hands and feet, apply a thicker layer before bed.

8. Lip Balm: smooth onto lips with a clean fingertip or cotton swab through the day. Works on nails and cuticles too.

9. Cooler Roll: drain the bag, cut a piece to fit, peel off the backing and lay it on the treated area for 20 to 45 minutes. Discard the used piece, reseal the rest and keep it in the refrigerator. Never freeze it.

10. Cooler Pad: lay the Pad on the treated area for 20 to 45 minutes. Rinse it under the tap, seal it back in its bag and keep it in the refrigerator for next time. Never freeze it.

Apply everything after your radiation session, not before. Many radiation teams ask that nothing be on the skin for a few hours beforehand.
