Poor quality box

Very cheap box and ribbon. Expected a nice box with logo and ribbon reflecting the quality of the product. Don’t offer a box at all and charge for it unless it represents the image you want for your brand. I assume cheap is not what you want. Packaging is important!! Photo is NOT what I received!!!
